Victoria Lowery earned her undergraduate degree in Human Performance and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama, initially preparing for a career in medicine. Her desire to help people ultimately led her down a different path—law. She pursued her Juris Doctor at Southern University Law Center, where she discovered that practicing law allowed her to serve those who may not have the resources or knowledge to navigate difficult situations on their own. Her passion for protecting homeowners and families comes from a deep sense of empathy, understanding that a home is not just property but a safe space and source of peace.
After law school, Victoria’s legal journey took a unique route. She began practicing family law, but soon realized her heart was drawn to areas where she could advocate for those rebuilding their lives. She transitioned into personal injury law, where she gained meaningful experience representing clients and helping them secure fair outcomes. Having clerked for a large personal injury law firm during school, she returned to that practice and has spent the past several years honing her skills in both personal injury and property casualty claims, using her knowledge and compassion to support individuals in times of crisis.
Outside of her practice, Victoria treasures time with her young son, who inspires her daily with his growth and curiosity. Family is central to her life, and she enjoys traveling, spending time with her close-knit relatives, and watching her son grow up alongside his cousins. Whether she’s with family at home, exploring new places, or simply enjoying quiet time with her son, Victoria finds balance and fulfillment that carry into her work with clients.
