Carrie Gaines is an experienced insurance litigation attorney who has dedicated her career to representing clients in state and federal courts in Indiana, Iowa and Nebraska.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Carrie worked at firms that defended insureds, served as an assistant city attorney in South Bend, Indiana, owned her own practice where she represented just plaintiffs, served as General Counsel to many small and mid-sized businesses involved in the storm restoration industry, and has significant experience representing clients in litigation involving insurance carriers.

 

Carrie has now focused her career on helping homeowners and business owners across the states of Indiana, Iowa and Nebraska fight their insurance companies to recover the money they need to rebuild in the aftermath of a disaster.
